Milestone Management - Treated very unfairly
The Management team at the Grand Reserve has gone from always listening and caring to being just the opposite. As a patron ( renter)for many years this just seems to amaze me.
In an economy where even my Publix bag boy appreciates me shopping at the store this just blows my mind. If you question anything regarding your lease like extra fees, the answer is just move or pay it. Don't like that maintenance is slow, just leave or deal with it. There have been couches and a mattress for a week out by our dumpster.
I'm treated rudely and without compassion. There are reasons why I must stay here as the location is near my job and my child's private school. If I had a choice and I will in a few years, I would leave as I'm tired of unjustified rent increases annually.
There are many reviews on what I have stated and I pray Lisha Brooks finally figures it out after 9 years. Until then I must deal with it...
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $600.
Milestone Management Pros: Beautiful property.
