Don't rent from this company

The leasing office informed us that the carpet would be replaced per the schedule and age of the apartment, and we confirmed with the office multiple times that no penalties would be leveraged against our deposit for damage to the carpet. Upon moving out, the management company attempted to charge us over $500 for damaged carpet, which was the fault of the maintenance staff for neglecting the washing machine drain leaking and/or overflowing in the apartment above ours, which we had reported to the office several times a month for nearly a year. Now it is in collections, damaging our credit.

Not worth my money! Landmark at Gleneagles

For the last year and a half I have put in a plethora of maintenance requests for my AC in my unit to be fixed! It is leaking tremendously from the ceiling in the guest bath and the Apartments have yet to do anything about it other that put unsightly bags and boards over the ginormous hole in my ceiling that this problem has created. Instead of fixing the problem they continue to cover it up the hole continues to get bigger and bigger and then have the gall to go up on my rent!. I mean honestly 1370 per month for a 2 bed room and I cant even get someone to fix a leak that has been there over a year! This is ridiculous. There is no telling how much mold is up there from the moisture. I want them to go down on this rent or out of my lease. This has got to be fixed ASAP!!!

Increase in rent each year of $100

My rent increased each year by $100.....I wanted to stay in my apartment but cannot afford $920 instead of original $720 that I began with 2 years ago....please help me by adjusting my rent. I am about to retire and I need to be able to live here. I cannot afford to pay deposits and expenses to move elsewhere. Please help.

This has been the worst living experience of my life. It’s not just the lousy apartments, terrible management, or the lack of knowledge. The entire milestone management corporate office as well has displayed a pattern of disrespect and lack of customer service.

Continuous Noise disturbance neighbor

This is a continuous issue ever since new neighbor apt 403. Partying,drugs, violence and fighting every day. I have complain to the front office and nothing is getting resolved because the partying is still going on. It’s hard to sleep at night especially with a baby. It’s not fair because we have been here for almost 2 years and we can’t even go home in peace

AC not working

I live in coconut palm club. My AC is broken and will not turn on. The after hours maint. man told me that because the temp outside is not 80 degrees or above they do not come out tonight to fix it. I had this issue in the past and someone came out close to midnight. As i am writing this we are literally sweating because the inside of the apartment is between 77-78 degrees. I am very very upset that my ac cannot be fixed today and we have to suffer through the night all because the outside temp is 77 degrees. I will not accept the response i was given. I feel that i am being blown off and now i have to suffer along with my wife, 8 year old daughter and cat. It is not right especially because the last time this happened it was a 5 minute fix and a simple fuse. The ac is responding the same way.

Hello, I have been living at Regency At First Colony for about a month now. I have had numerous plumbing issues ever since I first moved in here. Every time I flush, the water doesn’t go away, it overflows. The first time it happened, someone came and fixed our common bathroom. When it happened the second time, it was in our master bathroom. It was Friday night, and we sent in a maintenance request that night, however, they came a day later. We couldn’t wait that long so we tried to find solutions ourselves. We cleaned the bathroom and found a way fix the clogged toilet. When the guy came, he , for obvious reasons he didn’t find a problem with our bathroom. There is a woman in the office by the name of Coreie Mosley. She told us that our request occupied time and that the maintenance guy had a family too. She then gave us a warning and told us to not bother them over simple things again. It happened a third time last Saturday evening, 4-28-2018, in our master bathroom. We sent a maintenance request and we cleaned the bathroom with all of our towels until Sunday afternoon, 4-29-2018. During this time, we sent a total of 2 requests because the water was flooding our bathroom as well as the master bedroom. We also went to the office and Coreie told us that it wasn’t an emergency and that it would be dealt with on Monday, 4-30-2018. We told her the situation and even showed her pictures of our bathroom and bedroom. The water was CONSTANTLY rising and she told us to wait. We, my daughter and I, have made about 3 to 4 trips to the office. We went downstairs, to the residents of the apartment below us, and informed them of the situation and told them that we were truly sorry if the water leaked to their apartment. They told us that they have been a resident at this apartment complex for about ten years now and they have had the same problem every week for that long. All along we thought that this was a problem that was only in our apartment, but it was a general thing. The current time is 9:15 on 4-29-2018, and about ten to twenty minutes ago, our neighbor came and told us that the water had started to leak in their bedroom and bathroom, too. He called the maintenance, and they responded to him saying that they would be coming, but there is no one here. When we called, nobody picked up, but they picked up the phone when he called them. This is some type of discrimination. I am taking chemo therapy, and I just went through partial breast mastectomy. My bedroom is filled partially with toilet water, I have been sleeping on the couch for the past day. My doctor clearly told me to rest, but I am too busy cleaning up the bathroom to do that. Hygiene is very important for chemo therapy and I don’t have much of that at the moment. I have been cleaning this mess ever since yesterday, and my stitches are ripping. They have even started to bleed. Please do something about this problem, and especially for Coreie Mosley. She didn’t do anything to address the problem even though she had the power to do so. Not only that she was constantly telling us that this was not an emergency.When I went to the office today, Coreie Mosley told me that she informed the maintenance guy, he was coming tomorrow, Monday (4-30-2018). I did my best to clean it up the first time, but eventually gave up on doing so. I have dealt with my master bathroom overflowing since Saturday 4-28-2018. She told me that it wasn't an emergency send me an e mail the pictures that you took. I sent it. Untill 9 pm nobody showed up and . I called the number that was written on the website, and someone came. He is currently fixing the issue and the current time is 10:56 p.m. I informed him about what Coreie told me, and he said that he didn't receive anything from her about my problem.She told us that they were clearly informed. The maintenance guy said that he was here this morning up until lunch time and afternoon. He was here and she did nothing to address the situation. I am writing this because I don’t want anybody to go though what I have been through.

Worst experience I ever had

I am staying in this apartment since June. Totally miss management. The office people are very rude. They don't care for the tenants. They would not mind harassing the tenants. My recent experience forced me to take extreme step in deciding to vacant the apartment. The management is ver When I took the apartment in rent, they quoted me a price but when I signed the lease the quoted amount was increased. For the first month I created an online account and submitted the rent online. Few days after at around 6PM I found a notice sticking to my door. It was written to pay the rent of face eviction. I was surprised and went to the leasing office to know what happened. Got to know that the payment didn't go through and I have to pay a fine of for late payment. Checked with the bank and they weren't able to tell me the reason.Thinking mistake might be from my side I made the payment with late charges. Asked the management for the proof of the transaction which the bank denied. Never got any.Second month I verified several times the account number and the routing number before submitting the rent. After 10days I got similar kind of notice to pay the rent with late payment charges or to face eviction. I went to the leasing office. Also management didn't provide any proof after several request. I decide to call the higher management but never got a reply back. Finally decided to vacant the apartment and now they are charging lease breakage fees on me. Thinking of consulting legal advice on this . I would request everybody please think several times before signing the lease here. They have a racial feelings and purposefully put people in trouble. WORST experience so far.
