You have to get a call to make the call,then once you make the call it's not answered. If this is acceptable in management, then that's why you have unprofessional people working there.

A very unprofessional worker was giving me misinformation, I asked for her name she the stated it in a low voice ,as so I couldn't hear her. I finally ask for another agent then after placing me on hold again someone else answered my call with the correct information. If you want to have your representatives professional at all time ,I suggest that the company provide a survey at the end of each call to rate the proformance.

Just was confused by a acceptance waiting on my card then a denial

Me being excepted only to find out I would not be receiving a card which was very disappointing but we live and we learn

NEVER GOT THE CARD

Applied for the card and was approved over a month ago but the card never came . I log into the account I was given and theres a balance of 175.00 from a card I never received (its been over a dam month) nor can I talk with anyone AT ALL cause your system is just a straight up SCAM. Ive called every number youve listed and guess what? They are all disconnected. BIG SURPRISE!! Its a scam. Ive disputed this with equifax and Im reporting you to EVERYONE!
