Aumentó de limite

Hola Buenos díasa. METROyoentrares era sabejem como aumentaba mi limite. Ya que en comienzo se dijo qucada uno los seis messse duplicamurciélagou limite si venias pagando bien. Yo he venido pagando bien. Y al llamar al opEradosoy yo dice queso se puede porque debería aplicar a otro objetivoa. Y cuando adquirí el objetivoa eso vino escrito que a los seis meses si había pagadohacer bien se aumestaba el límiteartículo y si venias pagando al dia. cosa que yo lo he reAlizado..buen día

Settle original debt

I called in to pay off the original balance that I had and a customer service person told me if i wanted to do that it would cost me double the amount owed. I understand that it was going to charge off but I was willing to pay the original balance right then.

Fraud transaction

I received my new milestone master card in the mail yesterday, I activated it and then I Received text from the fraud dept asking me if I did a $39.95 charge on my card or was it fraud, I answered fraud next text said my card has been blocked call to resolve but I cannot get through to anyone, please resolve my issue and unblocmy card

My credit card was charged for Fedx for $177.47 thats not mine I want it researched and credited back to my card! I called almost all the numbers I get voicemails..I also sent an email yesterday with no response..

You have to get a call to make the call,then once you make the call it's not answered. If this is acceptable in management, then that's why you have unprofessional people working there.

A very unprofessional worker was giving me misinformation, I asked for her name she the stated it in a low voice ,as so I couldn't hear her. I finally ask for another agent then after placing me on hold again someone else answered my call with the correct information. If you want to have your representatives professional at all time ,I suggest that the company provide a survey at the end of each call to rate the proformance.
